In the top notes, a fresh, urban accord is perceived. It is the sensation of clean, energizing freshness, formed of bergamot from Italy and the verticality of aldehydes with sophisticated, slightly metallic, effervescent facets. At the heart of this fragrance lies an airy aura conveyed by a bouquet of flowers structured by jasmine absolute from Egypt, sweet pea and mock orange. In the base notes, this universe of whiteness surrenders to an enveloping, comforting sensation thanks to a sandalwood and white musk accord."

    Almost perfect...

    I've been searching for that perfect clean-but-not-laundry-or-citrus scent and this was ALMOST it. Unfortunately, the balance of florals to aldehydes was off. Their listed as a top note but they last all the way through until about 4 hours in and by then the scent is almost all but gone from skin. I do have fairly dry skin so "freshies" tend to dissipate pretty quickly. Lazy Sunday Morning was my go-to but it didn't last but maybe an hour or two.

    All the raves on this one I was expecting something better crafted, honestly. I wish the drydown would come on faster or last longer.

    If you like Byredo's Blanche but find it too linear, this would be perfect for you! It has the same "laundry" aldehydes in it with some development of sweet florals and musk. Blanche does last a lot longer on me than this does though. No powder to be seen here, thankfully! I guess I'll continue my search!

    I will say that this was part of my first purchase from this store and and it was a great one! I received a hand written thank you card, the vials are glass with caps in a box and have cute little labels on them! I'll def be buying from here again <3
